We will send you a Booking Form with our full Terms and Conditions, and further information about your stay. To secure your booking, £600 deposit is required within 10 days. The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. We also ask for a £125 Security Deposit, refunded after your stay. We prefer payment by online bank transfer.
We strongly recommend you take out holiday insurance in case you have to cancel.
You can arrive any time after 5.00pm and we ask you to leave by 10.00am so that our cleaners can make the place ready for the next guests.
We do not permit smoking inside the house.
